Please note that before sending your items back to us, contact us to obtain a RMA number.  All returns should include your original order receipt or packing slip enclosed and your contact information.

We will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow the logical procedure to install or use the products.  All cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the cartridge's original capacity.

Our liability is limited to the purchasing amount of the cartridge.  You are advised to consult with your printer warranty clauses.
